The terms that govern your use of the Payaa Labs website.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of davidwsc.work (the "Site"), operated by Payaa Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is informational
The Site describes our work in websites, applications, and back-office automation. Nothing on the Site is an offer, quote, or contract. Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a client relationship. Any engagement we take on is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, fees, timelines, and ownership.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems;
- submit false, abusive, or spam content through the contact form; or
- scrape, copy, or republish Site content without our permission.
We apply automated rate limiting to protect the Site and may restrict access if we detect misuse.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, layout, code, and the "Payaa Labs" name — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission, except for normal personal viewing of the Site.

The Site displays the names and logos of third-party products and services (for example, to illustrate example automation workflows). Those names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are shown for illustration only and do not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those companies.
